SaaS service terms

Karion provides subscription-based field service operations software for managing customers, teams, jobs, dispatch, quotes, invoices, payments, messages, customer portals, marketplace presence, SOPs/checklists, reporting, branding, and optional premium services. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, Karion grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for internal business operations.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful or harmful content, violate privacy rights, send spam, harass others, scrape the platform, reverse engineer restricted components, use the service for illegal activity, or submit data they lack rights to process.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for configuring their tenant, managing users and permissions, obtaining necessary consents, providing accurate customer and job data, responding to consumer privacy requests when they control the data, reviewing AI outputs, complying with laws applicable to their business, and maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

Subscription and billing terms

Base subscriptions are organized by employee-count tiers and may be supplemented by premium bolt-ons. Fees, taxes, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, refunds, trials, overages, and metered usage must be described in the live checkout or order form. Stripe or another payment processor may process billing details and provide customer portal billing workflows.

Marketplace disclaimer

Marketplace listings, placements, reviews, referrals, and provider information may be supplied by third parties or participating businesses. Karion does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, licensing, insurance, pricing, or performance of marketplace providers. Customers and consumers should independently evaluate providers before engaging them.

AI feature disclaimer

Karion may offer AI features such as AI Customer Chat, AI Dispatch Assistant, AI Brand Builder, analytics, recommendations, summaries, and automations. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a specific use. Users are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using them for customer-facing, operational, billing, legal, safety, or employment-related decisions.
